ran for the first time in duno how long...was for the road race in ibg(inter blk games)...got 67th in position...oh well...im not a runner aniwae...but on a personal basis...felt i din push myself when i could/should...e slope shd hv pushed myself...wat is it compared to tj's lucki heights? *sigh* shd get running agn soon...

tiredness clears e brain...brings a headache...but tts aside fr e point...i alwyz get (used to get) headaches...its juz returning to haunt mi...an old ailment areadi...recurrence interval starting now...bleahz...

todae marked e end of another lito session too...w a christian choir fr hk...35 pax...them speaking canto...mi catching some ball...haha...but at least they cld understan my chi...first time working w a new colleague...heard some not so nice things abt her oso...well...felt basically she nv realli do anithing constructive to help la...she was commenting it was supposed to b conducted in english...den turned out they were more fluent in mandarin...so i ended doin majority if not all of e commentary n talking...oh well...she was machiam not present...not even considered omnipresent wor...aniwaes...she apologise saying she was facing some stuff w her family n tt she is v tired so not up to form...oh well..wat can i sae...in e first place she is late den i sian halfwae liao...den when its time for meals...she is e onli camp facilitator tt DID NOT offer to ask mi to eat along w her...tink i was doin some stuff...den when i came bk she was sitting there n eating liao...abeet overly zi dong huh...oh well...sorri but 1st impressions count alot so too bad don tink i wld wanna tk animore camps w her areadi...dowan to b exploited n let u show off n bai bai earn e money...bleahz...
